All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters (unless the address requires it). If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please email support@prestigetools.com within 3 hours of making your purchase. The subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' so that our team can prioritise this request. Our team will strive to get back to you within 24 hours.
All cancellations are subject to a 30% fee to cover some of the costs we incur as soon as you place an order.
We cannot cancel or change orders once the team begins picking, packing, and shipping your order. For returns and refunds, please read our refund policy
I didn't receive a confirmation email?
Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email support@prestigetools.com and we will happily look into it for you.
What currency is used on the PrestigeTools website?
All orders on prestigetools.com are processed in USD.
For your convenience, we have a currency converter on our site that will automatically convert the price to your local currency. However, this is for an indication only, PrestigeTools process all orders in USD. While the content of your cart will be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
This is the reason your confirmation email amount may differ from the amount on your bank statement.
What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email support@prestigetools.com within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address. Once an order has been shipped out we cannot update the address and we cannot provide a refund or replacement.
My order status is 'unfulfilled', what does this mean?
If your order status is unfulfilled, it means your payment was successful, but your order
hasn't been shipped out yet. Once shipped, you'll receive an email confirming the order has been shipped, along with tracking details.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after shipping, so the status may remain
unfulfilled until we receive the information.
I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?
Our average delivery time is around 5-7 business days. If you haven't received your order within 20 days or have received a delivery confirmation email but haven’t received the package, please contact us immediately at support@prestigetools.com.
Please note that if more than 3 months have passed since the order was shipped, we
may no longer be able to assist, as shipping carriers do not provide support or tracking
beyond this period.
