Refund policy

By making a purchase with us you agree to the following:

30-day refund period

We have great confidence you will love your PrestigeTool products! That's why every purchase comes with a 30 day trial period. If our products do not work as described you can reach out to us before your trial period ends to get a refund/replacement.

  • To be eligible for a refund or replacement YOU MUST follow our instructions (on our video course/or instructions sent via email) to use the tool as intended. If it still doesn't work YOU MUST provide proof of the item not working in video format (we will tell you exactly what to include in the video). This will help us determine if the item is being used properly, and we will then be able to offer any support needed. If the item still does not work after we provided any necessary support and is deemed faulty, we will help you send the product back to us for a prompt replacement/refund. 

 

We will not be providing refunds in the following instances:

  • Products used for unintended purposes or not as instructed.
  • If you change your mind and no longer want the tool or want something else, after the order has been picked and packed (all changes must be made within 3 hours after purchase.
  • If an incorrect shipping address was provided.
  • For customer negligence, including (but not limited to):

    o Misuse of products.
    o Damages caused by improper use.
    o Failure to read and follow instructions.
    o Failure to check product specifications and details before purchase.
    o Incorrect purchases due to oversight.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@prestigetools.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations

You can ONLY cancel an order (and get a refund) 3 hours after placing your order. However we charge a 30% cancellation fee to cover some of the costs we incur after you place the order.  After the 3 hours our team will pick, pack and ship your order out for you and we unfortunately cannot stop an order being shipped out after that and cannot offer any cancellations. 

 Chargebacks

You agree and understand that the charges on a credit card/debit or other form of payment for the purchase of one of our tools is irrevocable, undisputable and may not be charged back, contested, or challenged now or in the future, doing so is a material breach of this agreement for which the Company would be entitled to attorney fees, costs, and fees associated with addressing a chargeback in addition to the amount challenged. Should you not pay the amount submitted to by the Company for the cost of the chargeback within thirty (30) days after the Company has submitted its amount of cost due to you contesting a charge, the charges will be turned over to a collection agency. The Company shall have at its sole disposal any other legal remedy it independently chooses to purse any collection against you for the cost of the chargeback. You further agree that proof of purchase by the Company is all that is necessary to the credit card agency or banking institution to deny a chargeback to you.

All return and refund requests must be done through our website and follow the systems we have set out as this allows our team to evaluate the situation and provide the best solution. 

Orders not received
Our average delivery time is around 5-7 business days. If you have not received your order within 20 days or have gotten an email confirmation of delivery but have not received your order please get in touch with us immediately by emailing support@prestigetools.com. If it has been more than 3 months since we have shipped the order we can no longer do anything as shipping companies no longer offer support or provide tracking after the 3 month period.  

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Failure to contact us immediately will deem you outside our refund policy. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, confirming whether
your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to
your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary, and it may
take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
